Privacy policy

This explains what personal information JoJoRo Studio collects when you use this website or buy from us, what we do with it, and your rights.

Who is responsible for your information

Robin Underhill, trading as JoJoRo Studio. You can contact us at jojorostudio@gmail.com.

What we collect

What we use it for, and why

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising. We will email you about your order (confirmation and dispatch), but we do not send marketing emails unless you separately ask us to.

Who we share it with

Your order is made by a print partner that may be in another country (for example in Europe, the USA, Canada or Australia), and our payment and hosting providers also work internationally. This means your name, delivery address and contact details can be sent outside the UK so that your order can be made and delivered. Where this happens we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as approved contract terms) so that your information is protected to a similar standard.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for 6 years, because tax and accounting rules require it. Other information, such as emails to us, is kept only as long as we need it.

Cookies and similar storage

This website uses only what it needs to work: your browser remembers the items in your basket and how many products you like to see per page. Administrators are given a sign-in cookie. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies. Stripe's payment page sets its own cookies, as described by Stripe. If we add analytics in future we will update this page and ask for your consent where the law requires.

Your rights

You can ask us to show you the information we hold about you, correct it, delete it (where we are not required to keep it), limit how we use it, or send it to you. You can also object to our use of it. Email jojorostudio@gmail.com and we will reply within one month.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113. We would appreciate the chance to put things right first.
